One tool instead of three

Replace your CRM, help desk and phone system with one tool

A team of 10 to 25 often pays for a CRM, a help desk and a phone system, and keeps each customer in three places. ContactRoll holds the deals, the support cases and the calls on one record of each customer, with one login and one subscription for the team.

A case on a phone: #46, “Wholesale invoice shows last month’s prices”, open and waiting on us for 19 hours, owned by Sam, with buttons to ask a colleague or hand the case off, and the customer, Maya Lindgren.

What each of the three tools becomes

The three jobs stay. They sit on the same customer instead of beside each other.

  • The CRM becomes contacts, companies and a deals pipeline, with each stage’s total and what it is likely to be worth.
  • The help desk becomes a queue of cases from your support address, with saved replies, knowledge articles and a help center.
  • The phone system becomes calls in the browser: call groups, phone menus, hold, transfer, voicemail and recordings you play on the case.

The queue: what waits on you, and for how long.

One record, so nobody asks the customer twice

A customer’s page holds their numbers, their cases, their calls, their deals and every note. The person who answers the phone sees the open case, and the person selling sees last week’s question.

  • A missed call or a voicemail opens a case, or joins the customer’s open case.
  • A deal keeps the support cases that led to it.
  • Write a note and @mention a colleague or a team: they are told, and they answer in the same place.

Moving over without starting again

Import contacts from a file exported by HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Zoho CRM. Forward the support address your customers already write to, and connect your own Twilio account for calls.

  • An import shows every row’s result before it writes anything.
  • Calls are placed and answered in the browser, so there are no desk phones to replace.
  • An Owner or Administrator can download everything the organization holds as a file.

One subscription

Free for up to 3 people; Standard is $29 and Plus is $59 per user a month, paid yearly. The calls are billed by Twilio to your own account at its prices, with no markup from us.

Roles for the whole team

Nine ready-made roles, and a role can be narrowed so a member sees only their own records or their team’s.

What it would cost

The 15-person comparison puts the three separate tools’ list prices beside ContactRoll’s, read from their own pages.

Questions

What does ContactRoll replace?

A CRM, a help desk and a business phone system, for a team that sells, answers support email and takes calls. It also sends marketing email to people who agreed to it.

Can we move our contacts across?

Yes. A CSV file, including one exported from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Zoho CRM, is matched as it comes, and the import shows what it would do with each row before it writes anything.

Is it one bill?

One subscription covers the CRM, the help desk, the phone system and marketing email. Calls and numbers are billed separately by Twilio to your own account, at Twilio’s prices.

Can I sign up today?

Yes. Start free, with no card, at app.contactroll.com/signup. Every new organization gets a 14-day trial of Plus first.
