One price per person, instead of three subscriptions.
Your CRM, help desk and phone system are one product with three plans: Free for up to 3 people, and Standard and Plus for a team of any size. The prices are per user, paid yearly or monthly, in US dollars, before any sales tax. For a team of 15, see what the three separate tools cost.

Every new organization starts with a 14-day trial of Plus, with no card. When it ends, a team of 3 people or fewer moves to Free by itself, and a larger team chooses Standard or Plus. There is no second trial.
Moving down never deletes anything. What is over a lower plan’s limits stays readable and exportable; only adding more of it waits until you remove some or move up.
Founding customer pricing: the first 25 organizations to pay before founding pricing closes get 40% off for 12 months, then keep the price they started on for as long as the plan is paid without a break. Free organizations do not take a place.
Every new organization starts with a 14-day trial of Plus. No card is asked for.
Three days before the trial ends, we email the people in your organization who manage billing.
You can choose Standard or Plus at any time during the trial. The rest of the trial carries over, and your card is first charged when it ends; in its last two days, straight away.
If no plan is chosen by the end, an organization of 3 people or fewer, counting invitations not yet accepted, moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
A larger organization becomes read-only until it chooses a paid plan: everyone can still sign in, read and export everything, and email to your support address is still received, but nobody can change anything, send email or make or take calls.
Each organization gets one trial. An organization that moves from Free to a paid plan does not get a second one, and its first payment is taken straight away.

Compared with buying three tools
What five people would buy at HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshworks or Zoho to get the same parts: list prices, paid yearly, in US dollars, before tax and call charges.
Prices read on , from each vendor’s own pages. Each figure links to the page it was read from.
Campaigns by Pipedrive, Standard, 2,000 subscribers: $20
LeadBooster add-on, whose Web Forms can carry a marketing opt-in box: $32.50
Freshdesk Growth, 5 agents at $19. Pipedrive sells no help desk; its own pages name Freshdesk among the help desks that connect to it: $95
CloudTalk Essential, 5 users at $29, CloudTalk’s first plan with a phone menu. Pipedrive has no built-in calling; its help page names CloudTalk among the calling apps that connect to it: $145
Five users at $59 a month, paid yearly. Calls are billed by Twilio to your own account.
$295
Each total leaves out usage charges, one-time fees and taxes; the full workings are on each vendor’s page.
For a team of 3 people or fewer, ContactRoll Free costs nothing: 1,000 contacts, one pipeline, one support address, calling through your own Twilio account, and 500 marketing emails a month (Free’s limits). HubSpot’s free tools are for up to 2 users, with 2,000 marketing email sends a month that carry HubSpot’s branding. (HubSpot’s pricing page, read .) Zendesk has no free plan; it offers a 14-day free trial. (Zendesk’s pricing page, read .) Freshdesk has no free plan; it offers a 14-day trial. (Freshdesk’s pricing page, read .) Zoho CRM’s free edition is for 3 users. (Zoho CRM’s pricing page, read .) Zoho Desk’s free plan is for 3 agents. (Zoho Desk’s pricing page, read .)
Yes. Start free, with no card, at app.contactroll.com/signup. Every new organization gets a 14-day trial of Plus; a team of 3 people or fewer then moves to Free by itself, and a larger team chooses Standard or Plus.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial asks for no card. A card is asked for only when you choose Standard or Plus.
What happens on day 14?
Three days before the trial ends, we email the people in your organization who manage billing. If no plan is chosen by the end, a team of 3 people or fewer, counting invitations still open, moves to Free and keeps everything it made. A larger team becomes read-only until it chooses Standard or Plus: everyone can still sign in, read and export everything, and email to your support address is still received, but nothing can be changed, no email is sent and no calls are made or taken.
Can I choose a plan during the trial?
Yes, on the Billing page, at any time. The rest of your trial carries over: your card is first charged when the trial ends. In the trial’s last two days, it is charged straight away.
Can I have a second trial?
No. Each organization has one 14-day trial. When an organization on Free moves to Standard or Plus, its first payment is taken when it subscribes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs nothing for a team of up to 3 people, with no card and no end date. It holds 1,000 contacts, one pipeline and one support address, and sends 500 marketing emails a month to up to 500 marketing contacts. The 3 people count members and invitations still open. A new organization’s first marketing email on Free waits until the organization is seven days old.
What happens when Free reaches a limit?
Only adding more waits. At 1,000 contacts, a new contact by hand or an import that would go past the limit is refused, with a message saying why; customers who email or call you still become contacts. A marketing email over the month’s limit waits for the next month. Remove some, or move to Standard or Plus.
Does Free stay free if we stop using it?
Yes. If nobody signs in to or uses an organization on Free for 90 days, it becomes read-only, and we email its Owners at 75 days. Signing in opens it again at once. An organization on Free is never closed or deleted for being unused.
What is the “Made with ContactRoll CRM” line?
On Free, marketing email, public sign-up forms and the help center carry one small line: “Made with ContactRoll CRM”. Standard and Plus carry none. It is one line of text with a link to contactroll.com, never on a pasted form snippet.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone who holds a seat in your organization, whatever their role: an agent pays the same as an Owner. On Free, invitations not yet accepted count toward its 3 people too.
What if we add or remove people?
Each member is a seat. Adding a member adds a seat once they accept, charged straight away for the rest of the period. Removing a member takes the seat off from your next renewal, with no credit for the rest of the period already paid.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Where tax must be collected, it is worked out at checkout from your billing address and added to your invoice.
How do I pay?
An Owner or an Administrator chooses a plan on the Billing page in ContactRoll and pays on Stripe’s own checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach ContactRoll.
Can I change plan, or pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. An Owner or an Administrator changes the plan, or yearly and monthly, under Change plan on the Billing page in ContactRoll. The difference for the rest of the period is charged straight away; a move to a lower price leaves the difference as a credit on later invoices, never a refund. Manage card and invoices opens Stripe’s page, where you change the card, the billing address or the tax ID and download invoices.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email the people who manage billing, Stripe tries the payment again, and everything keeps working. If the bill is still unpaid at least 7 days after that email, the organization may become read-only until it is paid. Paying restores everything straight away, with nothing lost.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. An Owner or an Administrator cancels on Stripe’s page, from Manage card and invoices on the Billing page. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Then a team of 3 people or fewer moves to Free, and a larger team becomes read-only until it subscribes again or closes its account.
Do you give refunds?
No. We do not refund a billing period, in whole or in part, including when you cancel: you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. A seat you remove counts from your next renewal, with no credit for the rest of the period already paid. The one exception: if we ever stopped offering ContactRoll altogether, we would refund what you paid for the time after it stops.
What happens to my data if I move to a lower plan?
Moving down never deletes anything. What is over a lower plan’s limits stays readable and exportable; only adding more of it waits until you remove some or move up. Features of the plan above stop running, and nothing they made is removed.
What is founding customer pricing?
The first 25 organizations to pay before founding pricing closes get 40% off for 12 months, then keep the price they started on for as long as the plan is paid without a break. It closes when the 25 places are taken or on its closing date, whichever comes first; the Billing page says both. It carries over a change of plan or of billing period. It is for paid plans only, and Free organizations do not take a place.
What is a marketing contact?
A contact you can send marketing email to: someone whose consent is recorded. Customers you only sell to or support are not counted. Free holds 500, Standard 2,000 and Plus 10,000.
What happens past the marketing contact limit?
Nothing is added quietly. An import that would go past it is refused whole, with a message explaining why, and so is a sign-up confirmation that would go past it. Moving to Plus raises the limit from 2,000 to 10,000.
Who pays for phone calls?
Twilio bills your own Twilio account for every call and number, at Twilio’s prices. ContactRoll adds no markup. You can set a monthly cap on calling minutes.
What do the video and AI tools cost?
They are in Plus. Google and HeyGen bill your own accounts for what you ask them to make, and every request is priced on a meter in ContactRoll before it is made.
