What small teams pay for a CRM, a help desk and a phone system: 2026 prices

The list prices of 26 plans from 11 vendors that a team of 10 to 25 people might buy to sell, answer support email and take calls: 9 CRM plans, 9 help desk plans and 8 phone system plans. Each price was read on the vendor’s own pricing page on October 28, 2026, in US dollars a user a month, before tax. The charts and the data are free to reuse with credit.

What the prices show

  • CRM: $7 to $100 a user a month paid yearly across 9 plans, with the middle plan at $25. The cheapest is HubSpot Sales Hub Starter; the dearest is Salesforce Pro Suite.
  • Help desk: $14 to $115 a user a month paid yearly across 9 plans, with the middle plan at $25. The cheapest is Zoho Desk Standard; the dearest is Zendesk Suite Professional.
  • Phone system: $15 to $50 a user a month paid yearly across 8 plans, with the middle plan at $24. The cheapest is Dialpad Connect Standard and others at the same price; the dearest is Aircall Professional.
  • Paying monthly instead of yearly costs more on 24 of the 25 plans sold both ways: +11% to +87%, and +40% on the middle plan. Salesforce Starter Suite costs the same either way. Salesforce Pro Suite is sold paid yearly only.
  • For 15 people on all three tools, paid yearly: $540 a month with the cheapest plan of each, $1,170 with a middle plan of each, and $3,975 with the dearest. That is $6,480 to $47,700 a year, before tax and before any add-on, call minute or phone number sold separately.

These are prices, not a comparison of what each plan does: a cheaper plan often holds less, and the plans in one category are not equal. Read each vendor’s own page for what a plan includes.

A team of 15, on all three

Every person on a CRM, a help desk and a phone system, paid yearly, a month:

PlansCRM, help desk, phone systemA user15 people, a month
The cheapest plan of eachHubSpot Sales Hub Starter; Zoho Desk Standard; Dialpad Connect Standard or Quo Starter$36$540
A middle plan of eachPipedrive Growth; Zendesk Support Team; RingCentral RingEX Core$78$1,170
The dearest plan of eachSalesforce Pro Suite; Zendesk Suite Professional; Aircall Professional$265$3,975

A middle plan of each is the calculator’s starting choice: neither the cheapest nor the dearest of its market. To try your own plans and head counts, use the team cost calculator, which buys each tool for only the people who need it.

How the prices were gathered

  • Sources: each vendor’s own pricing page, listed below, read on October 28, 2026. Zoho’s two were read from the data files their pages load, Freshdesk’s from its page’s own HTML, and the other nine as an ordinary page view in a browser. No price is from memory, a review site or a reseller.
  • What a price is: the list price a user a month, in US dollars, before tax. “Paid yearly” is the price a month when the plan is billed for a year; “paid monthly” is the price month to month.
  • Which plans: the plans a team of 10 to 25 would weigh in each category, the vendor’s entry plan and one or two above it. Enterprise plans priced only on request are left out.
  • What is left out: taxes, add-ons, call minutes beyond a plan’s allowance, phone numbers sold separately, discounts for a limited time, and anything a page prices only on request.
  • What the pages say that changes a sum: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional adds a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500, shown beside the monthly total. Salesforce Pro Suite is sold paid yearly only, so its yearly price is used for both. Aircall sells at least 3 licenses. RingCentral’s prices are the ones its page shows for 6 to 100 users. Help Scout Standard takes up to 25 users. HubSpot Sales Hub Starter’s price is shown beside a higher price struck through, with no end date shown.
  • Limits: prices change without notice, and some vendors show other prices to other countries or team sizes. This is one reading, on one day, from the United States.

The next update

Every price will be read again by January 28, 2027, and this page, the charts and the calculator will change together, with the new reading date. A price found wrong before then is corrected the week it is reported: write to hello@contactroll.com with the page that shows it.

Who publishes this

ContactRoll, which sells one tool for all three jobs: Standard at $29 and Plus at $59 a user a month paid yearly, and free for up to 3 people. Its prices are left out of the charts and the figures above, so they describe the market and not us; the calculator sets them side by side.
