New Contact, Updated Contact, New Company, New Deal, Deal Stage Changed, Deal Won, New Case, Case Closed, Call Ended, Call Recorded.
7 actions
Create or Update Contact, Create Company, Create Deal, Update Deal Stage, Create Case, Add Note, Log Call. Log Call puts a call from another phone system on the contact who has the number, once, even if a Zap runs twice.
3 searches
Find Contact, Find Company, Find Deal; Find Contact and Find Company can make the record when none is found.
What works today
Everything the app does goes through ContactRoll’s own API and webhooks, which are on Plus today. A developer, or a tool that sends web requests, can do the same now: the developer guide has each request in curl, Node and Python, and the bulk API and webhooks handle large imports and every change.
