ContactRoll on your home screen, with notifications
Coming, being built now, and not available yet: there is no date. ContactRoll will install from the browser to an iPhone’s or an Android phone’s home screen, open like an app, and tell you when something needs you.
What it will do
- Install from the browser, with no app store: on an iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, and on Android.
- Notifications you choose, each one off until you switch it on: a case assigned to you, a mention of you, a missed call to you or your call group, and a customer’s reply on your case.
- Nothing about a customer on the lock screen: a notification says what happened and the case number, never a name, a subject or the words of a message.
- The everyday screens fitted to a phone: the queue, a case, a contact, the deals board, calls, tasks, search, mentions and the calendar.
What works on a phone today
ContactRoll already works in a phone’s browser: its screens are built and checked at a phone’s width as well as a desk’s, with the menu under your thumb.
